hi gabe: what about internet evaluations? sellers with investment condos who live elsewhere and ask you to email an evaluation. and yes, they get them from 3 or 5 realtors. many wont talk over the phone, email only. how does one control and win in this situation? and in this market i’m losing listings to realtors cutting commissions. how to deal with this when its an investor offshore? thanks,maggie
