About Gabrielle Jeans, Author

Gabrielle Jeans is an icon in the North American real estate industry. Founder and CEO of e2000 Training Institute Inc. and Web Tech Dezine Inc., Gabrielle has helped thousands of real estate professionals across North America take their business to new levels of profitability, market penetration and brand recognition. Serving as a coach, mentor and management consultant to everyone from new agents and seasoned veterans to large multi-office real estate brokerages and regional real estate boards, Ms. Jeans empowers real estate agents and sales managers with the tools and strategies to realize exponential growth in business, and it is not uncommon for her clients to enjoy 100% to 200% increases in revenue streams within months of retaining her services.

Ms. Jeans began her real estate career in the early 70′s, and quickly established a distinguished record for sales and service excellence on behalf of her clients. By 1975 she ranked among the $1 million earners, and in 1978 she was invited to become the Sales Manager for Cimerman Real Estate Ltd. Her superb coaching and training quickly became apparent as her agents rose to the elite level of sales, and in ’80 she was appointed as Personnel Director and Training coordinator. One year later she became General Manager as the company grew to 10 offices.

In 1983, Jeans launched Future 1 Real Estate Ltd. in Toronto. She soon expanded to a second office, and within six years grew the company to combined sales staff of 105 with $6.8 million in gross revenues. Gabrielle’s reputation as an insightful business entrepreneur grew in parallel, and she was frequently called upon by other companies to provide strategic advice on staff recruitment, training and business development. The Toronto Real Estate Board approached her to design and deliver training seminars for sales managers and associates, and this program became a mandatory prerequisite to attaining membership with the Board and the MLS system.

Ms. Jeans sold Future 1 Real Estate in 1989 in order to concentrate on her management consulting endeavors. As President of Gabrielle Jeans Seminars Inc., she advised real estate clients on everything from office design & location and day-to-day operations to staff recruitment & training, commission structuring and incentive programs. In 1992, the President of Homelife Inc. retained Gabrielle to help him implement an aggressive office acquisition strategy. This became the launch point for an 8 year business relationship, and Ms. Jeans served as VP and Chief Operating Officer as the company grew to 600 offices and became one of the most successful real estate franchises in North America.

In 2000, Gabrielle Jeans returned to Canada and established e2000 Training Institute Inc., a RECO-approved education provider that specializes in helping agents take advantage of the enormous business opportunities presented by the internet. Soon after, she founded WebTech Dezine Inc., developers of the MONEYMAKER™ suite of business automation products for the real estate industry. Over the years, she also authored numerous real estate training manuals, and contributed to publications such as REM Magazine.

Today, Gabrielle Jean is widely regarded as one of the foremost experts on business development in the North American real estate industry. Participants in her programs rank among the top 5% revenue earners in their offices and districts, and are the recipients of a multitude of national and regional awards for sales excellence. As the “guru” of e-marketing for the real estate sector, Ms. Jeans is fundamentally reshaping the way the real estate industry will be practiced over the next 20 years.
