Real Estate: Advanced Google Adwords Strategies For Real Estate Sales Part 1
October 31, 2011
In my earlier article series entitled How To Use Google Adwords Pay Per Click Advertising For Your Real Estate Business I wrote at length on beginner and novice strategies for making Google Adwords an extremely powerful yet cost effective advertising tool for your real estate business.
If you want to learn about Google Adwords but haven’t read this article series yet then I highly encourage you to do that first. If you already read it, or know lots about Google Adwords or Pay Per Click advertising in general, read on! These articles are intended to take your Google Adwords campaigns and your real estate business to an even higher level.
The Google Ad Network
The Google Ad Network spans a vast number of websites. In fact, these ads reach 75% of all internet users in the world. As of 2011 there are over 2 billion people worldwide using the internet. So your ads on the Google network can literally potentially be seen by over 1.5 billion people! Any time you see a small written ad section on a website labeled “Ads By Google” you’re seeing one of the types of ads delivered through the Google Ad network. Specifically, these ads are being delivered through Google Adwords and Google AdSense.
Here’s another stat highlighting the importance of having a presence in the Google Ad network. Most people only use Google and other major search engines as a launch pad for what they want to discover on the web. Therefore, it’s estimated people only spend 5% of their online time using search engines. The other 95% of these 1.5 billion people’s time is spent surfing web pages where they will sooner or later encounter Google ads. You can’t possibly hope for more exposure for your advertising dollars than that. You’ll also soon seen that Google ads are among the most cost effective forms of advertising available today.
