Some people want to see the various real estate legal contracts well before talking to any real estate professionals.  So why not offer all the forms you typically use on your website.  Here are some forms one real estate professional offers for download:

Many people living in downtown core areas of large cities can’t afford a car or don’t want to own one.  They may be elderly or disabled or can’t drive for other reasons.  Consequently, the proximity to their home of things like grocery stores and schools are very important to these people.  The website Walkscore helps people rate the “walkability” of a given address.  In other words, it looks at the total number of resources in the immediate area.  The more there is available, the higher the “walkability” rating.  They just enter the address and Walkscore gives them a rating as follows:

90–100 – Walkers’ Paradise — Daily errands do not require a car.
70–89     – Very Walkable — Most errands can be accomplished on foot.
50–69     – Somewhat Walkable — Some amenities within walking distance.
25–49     – Car-Dependent — A few amenities within walking distance.
0–24 – Car-Dependent — You can walk from your house to your car.

You could put all current listings’ addresses through Walkscore and note their Walkscore rating in the listing.  Using Walkscore can help you get more mailing list signups.  You could offer to only send people listings that have a certain minimum “walkability” score or greater.  If you’re a New York City real estate professional you definitely want to use Walkscore as 38 NYC neighborhoods have been deemed a “Walker’s Paradise” IE having a 90 rating or greater.  You can even get a Walkscore application for your Iphone.
