-    you can’t put images of any kind beside your AdSense ads.  Google sees this as you trying to draw attention to your ads, and this goes against the whole low-key advertising philosophy Google wants and what you should want too.  People should think they’re getting neutral, unbiased real estate information as much as possible.  The more presence your ads have, the more it looks like you’re trying to sell them something (anything) and this detracts from your overall credibility

-    You can’t embed AdSense links in pop-ups or pop-under ads

-    You can only have three AdSense boxes per website page.  Use them wisely.

-    You can’t have multiple AdSense accounts for having more than 3 ad placement areas on a given page or for any other reason.

-    No content copied outright from pages on other websites

When you do a Google search for real estate in your farm area see if there are any ‘copy and paste’ sites found in the first few pages.  If there are any then report them to Google and they will get removed from search rankings.  This helps declutter search results and improves your site’s chances of getting higher ranking in the normal organic search results.  Keep in mind that about 90% of people click the normal organic search results in Google, and only 10% click the Sponsored Pay Per Click ads.

AdSense for Search

Google also offers a service called AdSense for Search.  It allows you to host a Google search window on your real estate site.  If people use it to search Google and buy something you will get paid a commission.  You don’t get paid for people doing searches alone, only if people buy something through those searches.

Let’s say you write a review about your new Smart phone and how wonderful it is for keeping track of your real estate contacts and following up with people in a timely fashion.  If you state the model number of your phone some people may look up the phone with your AdSense for Search window.  If they wind up buying the phone somewhere using your search you will get a commission for this!

How Much Money Can I Make from Google AdSense?

It’s difficult to forecast how much money you’ll make using AdSense.  Google doesn’t divulge how much it pays for various clicks.  However, people have been known to make anywhere from a few cents to a few dollars for each click on their AdSense ad.  It largely depends on how much the businesses using AdWords are willing to pay per click for their ads and the amount of traffic your site gets.
