Advanced Email Marketing For Real Estate Professionals Part 10

- Is your message relevant and compelling? Keep your newsletter and listing updates focused on your farm neighborhood.
- How frequently are you sending to your subscribers? Is it too much? Or too little? If you haven’t emailed to your list in some time, they may have forgotten they signed up to hear from you and mark the message as spam.
It’s not the end of the world if you get on a blacklist. Most email providers will re-instate you if you’ve only been blacklisted once or twice and you aren’t sending a huge volume of email to their users. Identify which email providers or blacklists are blacklisting you and contact them directly. Each has a process for applying for blacklist removal, and most start with an online form. Most ISP’s will want to know your which email provider you’re using and your IP address. If you’re sending mails through your own internet service provider you can get your IP address from an IP lookup site such as http://whatismyipaddress.com
