How To Host Powerful Webinars Part 5

November 12, 2009

Use Video In Your Webinars

Don’t assume that everyone who is interested in your farm neighborhoods knows much (if anything) about what these areas are like.  This is especially true for foreign investors.  Make your neighborhood come alive and be more real to them than a bunch of brochures and numbers by doing a video tour of your neighborhood and incorporating it into your webinar.  Be creative and you can have a lot of fun with this!  Get some footage of some of the more notable aspects of the neighborhood, what kind of stores are in the area, and especially the people.  Talk to some of the local residents and shop owners on camera and have them talk about living there.  Of course, you can also use video tours of your current listings during your webinars.

Use Webinars To Build Your Mailing List

A great way of building your mailing list is by offering links to previous webinars on your website.  Don’t let them get access to past webinars without first getting their email address.  On the squeeze page, tell them you’ll also email them links to future webinars if they provide their email address.

Put Your Webinars On DVD

An innovative direct mail piece would be sending out a DVD with some of your webinars that can people can watch on their television.  These can also be given out at open houses.  Duplication rates for CD and DVD media are getting very inexpensive, especially if bought in bulk.  Don’t give them all your webinars on the DVD.  Tell them they can get more of them by signing up for your mailing list at your website.
